Using A Weekly Review To Improve My Life And Business
"What a week!" you say at the end of a series of days that went, quite frankly, very well.
And yet...
At the conclusion of another week those same three words may carry with them a completely different meaning.
Discouraged and fighting off feelings of defeat, you hardly have enough breath to reflect with a sigh, "What a week."
How do you capture the momentum of the good days or regain any sense of the same when things don't go so well?
Answer: I'm not totally sure!
But I am confident of this: a good, positive weekly review can assist you in...
*Capturing what went well, *Helping you to refocus, *Building for future success, *And improving yourself or your business.
I hope that "My Week In Review" will prove to be one of the many tools you use in your quest for excellence.
It is a unique tool designed to...
*Give yourself credit for "things done well" *Allow you to creatively express your thoughts *Keep you in a training/duplicating mode *Pinpoint and attack success hindering attitudes or actions *Rivet your attention on the next play of the game.
May you and those you serve have a wonderful week,
Lee

Being Ruthlessly Honest...
If I repeated the way I worked this past week for the next 90 days, would it be a good or "not-so-good" thing for my business health?
IF MY ANSWER IS "NOT-SO-GOOD," THEN...
What will I attack *with a vengeance* first?
What is the main *emotional reason* for my attack?
IF MY ANSWER IS "A GOOD THING," THEN...
What should I reinforce by doing it again?

2.
What should I share that is duplicatable?

Do You Fear Your Own Success?
Noted author and self-worth teacher Eric Butterworth* says,
"Poverty is a way of living and thinking, and not just a lack of money or things." When you couple his philosophy with the Eastern mysticism of "what you believe will become your reality" it becomes clear that obstacles to financial and personal success are largely self-created.
Creating Your Own Success Support System
People who are on the same journey tend to band together, and the journey of life is no different. Throughout the Internet and in the real world, like-minded travelers have joined to form support groups, newsgroups, goal-buddy groups, chat rooms, tele-groups (using conference call telephone bridge lines) coaching groups, and mailing lists (email or snail mail) - just to name a handful of the available support resources - all dedicated to making sure that every member or participant has a real chance to make to their goals a reality. You can find these groups through Internet searches, the "community events" section of your local paper and by word of mouth, and I heartily suggest that you do.

Take Yourself to the Top!
Everybody wants to get to the top, whether it is the top of a career, a

to the top, how come so many people aren't moving up? I think there are some

The #1 Way to Control Your Mind for Success!
People say: "One can't help one's thoughts." But one can.
The control of the thinking machine is perfectly possible.
And since nothing whatever happens to us outside our own
brain; since nothing hurts us or gives us pleasure except
within the brain, the supreme importance of being able to
control what goes on in that mysterious brain is patent.
This idea is one of the oldest platitudes, but it is a

power to concentrate, not witting that they may acquire the
